Terms & Conditions – Finding of Founders Brand Development Services

Our Finding of Founders Brand Development Services focus solely on the Research & Development (R&D) of your brand, which includes activities such as product sampling, factory sourcing, freight agent identification, and other R&D related services.

Please note that any expenses related to product purchases, freight shipping, third-party payments, or vendor purchases will be the responsibility of the buyer. All payments to vendors or factories will be made directly by the buyer, as per the contractual agreements established between the buyer and the respective vendors or factories.

Lumbee International Pvt LTD ( Suprans Team ndia ) will provide R&D services and support in sourcing products, vendors, and logistics partners, but the buyer is solely responsible for any payments made to vendors or factories through their own bank accounts.
